Sandra Myklebust (FMP, GRI, SRES) is a licensed realtor with the brokerage firm of Keller Williams Integrity WI/MN. She represents residential, commercial, farm & ranch properties specializing on the West Coast of Wisconsin. John Myklebust, Architect and Professional Lighting Designer works on my team.  I have worked with sellers and buyers since 1998. She works with both sellers and buyers to achieve their property needs. Sandra takes pride in thinking outside the box, a necessity because all real estate transactions are different.

Many visitors to The West Coast of Wisconsin ultimately become permanent or second home owners in the area. The natural beauty of the bluff country on The West Coast of Wisconsin is evident throughout the year. People like myself and our family discovered the ease of getting to Pepin and Pierce Counties from the Twin Cities area decades ago. After living in southern California for 16 years and working as a full time realtor, I returned to my native Midwest roots in late 2012. We reconnect here with family and especially our daughter and grand children. My decision to join the Keller Williams brand, an international real estate brokerage was made easier because many of my associates in Pasadena, CA were happy with the KW model of business. The Keller Williams values are practiced each day as I conduct business with clients and friends. The values are:

Stockholm a little village on The Great River Road is the location for my real estate home office.  With the many hours of darkness in winter time, we wanted to bring a new spirit and life to the little building at the rear of the property known as TansyHus.  Driving on Mill Street a passerby will be treated to a visual display from Andrea Myklebust, owner of Black Cat Farmstead.  John Myklebust, architect and lighting designer focused on retail design for many decades.  He spearheaded this visual endeavor.    The lighted double door display includes wool, a spinning wheel and handmade yarn.  Black Cat Farmstead, N3049 Nelson Lane, Stockholm is open and by appointment throughout the winter.
